The pills j sent her did worke very well & did her very much good.

Is now short wynded & much hoven in ye stomacke & weake in her knees & A{illeg}k|nc|kles, as she was then

hath at this tyme a great hoarsenes & straytnes in her throate. desires the note of ye Dyet drinke. & pills.
